I mean, let’s be real. We all know all that Trick-or-Treating (and the loot-er-candy it begets, which in turn begets eating  said candy) can’t be healthy for you! Unless, of course, you count the fun had by all those little kids, dressing up and parading around the neighborhood getting FREE CANDY. That’s gotta be a positive influence on kids’ mental health….Right? Can we count that?

In terms of mental health, yes, I suppose we could count that as healthy. But in terms of what your kids are putting into their bodies? Uh – NO.
